New build development comprising 9 Apartments, including a full basement dig.

The project involves the demolition of the existing building on the site, and a substantial amount of the existing materials (mainly bricks and mouldings) will be salvaged for re-use in the new development.

The building envelope has been designed to be thermally efficient,  PV panels will be installed for on-site energy generation, and Air Source Heat Pumps will provide the heating and hot water.
