Our starting point is to develop the brief in close consultation with the client. We listen to the client’s ideas and ask key questions to help us gain a better understanding of the client’s requirements, budget and timescale.
The project is reviewed with respect to statutory requirements (planning approval, party wall matters, building regulations, etc).
Once the project brief is defined, we develop the initial set of designs for discussion with the client. The design process with the clients is collaborative and iterative, drawing upon the input of the third party consultants as required, all bearing in mind the client’s budget.
The outcome is a robust and well-thought-out design that meets the clients requirements and budget.
The final stage is construction. We have a team of highly skilled and experienced workers who carry out the construction with care and attention to detail.
All our projects have a dedicated project manager who works closely with the the site foreman to ensure that the projects are executed to the highest quality, and on schedule.
