G4 Design & Build has recently completed a project in Putney, South-West of London. The scope of the works included a loft conversion, full refurbishment and reconfiguration, upgrading plumbing, electrical and heating systems throughout the mid-terrace house located in a conservation area in Putney.
The works were carried out in a top-down sequence commencing at the loft level, which included the provision of a new bedroom and en-suite bathroom.
The works on the second floor level included the reconfiguration of the master bedroom and main bathroom, fit-out of the master bathroom, and installation of bespoke built-in wardrobes in the bedrooms.
The works at the first floor level included the creation of an en-suite shower room, accessible from the study, as well as installation of glazed doors and fixed internal windows to maximise views and daylight.
Partition walls at the Ground floor level were demolished to create an open-plan kitchen / living area. The existing flooring was stripped out and replaced with a high-spec LVT floor finish, laid in a herringbone pattern over underfloor heating.
